World Cup 2010 – The BIG Picture!

I’ve been loving my weekend thus far!!!
Spent the whole day at home on drama shows that i’ve been neglecting for ages and had lots of stuffs to think to myself. Definitely one of the day doing stuffs i missed doing. =D
Well it’s World Cup 2010 and i’ve been watching soccer matches EVERY SINGLE DAY Lolx, yesterday’s clash between Portugal and Brazil is really what a World Cup match should be. Good offensive rounds with solid defensive counters from both countries and the only missing thing was lucky lady that make a goal happen.
Anyways, i just bumped into a post on Boston.com titled Halfway in – 2010 World Cup. They have got awesome kick ass pictures over there. IN LARGE RESOLUTION!

Remember this post where i promoted about the XPLAY Party that is happening in Kuala Lumpur? Well the party was last Saturday and i actually went to Sunway, the party was quite awesome i must say! Were you there? It was free you know!
Our very own DJ Lapsap did a great job that night by entertaining the crowd with their music but it was when DJ Yasmin & DJ Jessica came out that got the crowd screaming hard! Both the female DJs are from Indonesia and when they both collaborate with DJ Lapsap together, i actually thought that it was good!

First time partying with this people had me stoning from time to time but soon i somehow “move” a bit. Erm I was shy. Thanks to the free flow of beer i enjoyed the night quite a lot.
Was down in the midst of the crowd for quite a while but it was just too packed that we soon went back up and party from up above Haha. Crazy party by Xpax that is.

If you’ve missed the blog post on the female nurses and police at Euphoria MOS Sunway which i’ve blogged about a week ago, go here. and yes, this post is somewhat related to it.
I actually made a last minute decision last Tuesday to go all the way to Sunway for this launch of the AXE Deodorant in Malaysia. Being one of the top selling deodorant in the world, this AXE brand men deodorant finally made its way here.
I do not know how true is it that when a guy use it, he can easily get phone numbers from the girls around. One sole thing i enjoyed during the whole night was because of the people that was there.

To be frank, i didn’t really pay attention on what happened down stairs but i knew that there were 5 different type of AXE Deodorant that was featured in 5 different rounds involving lots of girls that is.

England VS Usa at Sids Pub Bangsar South

Everyone, EVERYONE Shouted Goal!!! when Gerrard scored the 1st goal for England at the 4th minute. Even Manchester United fans like me myself shouted loudly with a big wide smile on my face.
Well, i was at Sids Pub Bangsar South for the match which happened at 2.30AM Malaysia Time. With a bunch of friends of course and not alone.

It was a stupid mistake, one that never should have happen in the World Cup, at least not by the England team. Robert Green must have been freaking “kan cheong” and had the ball slipped away from his hands and there goes the win that England was suppose to claim!

Maggi Mee at Half Time!! Yes in a pub, Cannot IS IT!?
Despite the disappointing scoreline which had the match ended in a draw game, i had fun eating maggi mee in the midst of the match with some beer *burp* it was actually my first time watching a live soccer match in a pub.
The awesome company there did made me smile a little bit with the disappointing result.

Briefly browse through the website and thought that it was neat. Quite impressive if you ask me but of course i won’t tell you how nice is it in details, go explore yourself. Haha!!
It was pretty rare but i felt very anti social a few hours ago and just sat down with some friends having random chats without going here and there saying hi shaking hands taking pictures and all.
Alright, so i was at the launch of Crocs Malaysia Website earlier tonight at Friendscino Café, Damansara Perdana. Was kinda late for the launch but i’m happy that finally, i get to see how is the Crocs from Crocband Nation series!!
Actually had an eye for the Crocband England Crocs and it look as awesome as it is in the pictures i saw earlier on Crocs Malaysia Facebook Page a few days ago.
Was happy to see some familiar faces around though i didn’t really talk much with most of the people there.
Wen Pink looking as gorgeous as ever especially with her short hair now she must be very happy now LOL.
Didn’t really expect to bump into some secondary school mates there but i did and it was ages since i saw them in person.
but one person i totally have no idea will be there is her.
JunJunRiko. She’s been disappearing living her happy life spending her last semester at a local university at the moment. Glad that i managed to catch up with her then. and oh she was there for her own pre-birthday celebration where her birthday falls on this coming Sunday.
Thus with me being scared that my memory will fail me, i’m wishing you in advance here yah.

The AXE Invasion, With “Nurse” and “Police”
Just came back from Euphoria MOS Sunway. Freaking tired but refuse to head to the bed straight away because i’m stubborn like that! No lah, actually it’s because i “wash” my eyes for quite a few hours just now at MOS. Now can’t really sleep… Totally didn’t expect to see so much things.

Jonker Street Melaka

It was just after Wei Ru’s wedding lunch that we decided to stopped by Melaka on our way back to Kuala Lumpur from Batu Pahat. Nothing really special actually. But the fact that i haven really step my foot into the streets of Melaka in the past decade (i think) had me going excited.
Stepping into a world on itself with toys from the past which most of it i only see on movies/shows had me going wow. Yes i didn’t know that these stuffs still exist, in bulk some more! That’s what happen when a city boy go into such a place like Jonker Street.
Well, not an insult to the people at Melaka, just a way of describing how stupid i am that’s all, i had quite a few minutes of fun before i found myself sweating like mad. Malaysian weather is to be blame!
With bit of disappointment when we found out that the famous Jonker 88 have closed already, we settled down at the stall beside it, Long Fong Ge.
Our disappointment went to the max when we started tasting the Cendol and food being served. I have no idea whether is it because of too much customer going in and out of the place, the food weren’t well prepared. Quite sucky in fact. On the other hand, the Cendol served was quoted not as nice as Jonker 88 ones.
The stay didn’t last very long after the short meal as we were already looking forward towards the air cond on our way back to Kuala Lumpur.
One day i must really get an air cond and install it at home!
One day i must get back to Jonker Street again and get a taste of Jonker88!!
