FREEZE For World Earth Day @ Sunway with Pictures

i’m really lazy in telling about this event… read it here and the previous KL FREEZE here
Just like the previous FREEZE, a venue was set where flyers will be distributed.
i was there with some other blogger friends.. a bunch of us =)
soon, people got the flyers and
everybody started heading to the actual FREEZE place which is in the new wing of Sunway Pyramid
we were still thinking of what pose should we do
before the freeze…
i have no idea why there’s this group of people who counted before the actual freezing time, everyone should know what will happen and do their freeze and not count till the FREEZE itself… i do think its stupid that they do so, immediately i went like wtf.. why are there countdowns…

and again.. seconds before the FREEZE end, these bunch of people counted again.. and i went WTF again.. ZZzzzzzzz
and everyone was cheering here and there
i guess Malaysians just cant do those kinda FREEZE like what the peeps in London & New York did huh?? as in like everybody was very very random…
a bunch of peeps with green “WARNINGS” for World Earth Day
and so, we, a bunch of bloggers who love taking pictures started doing our stuffs..
it was like this at first…
and then it was still fine…
then, people aside saw us taking group pictures
2 foreigners joined in..
and more people came in
and we requested RandomActs/Improv Msia peeps to come in as well
and soon, you know what??
EVERYBODY CAME IN!!!

we’re a bunch of happening BLOGGERS!!!
we went to Subway later on for a short fellowship + dinner
Well, i do think that the KL FREEZE @ Pavilion is much much more happening… the countdown thing ruined everything…
anyhow, although i don’t enjoy participating in the FREEZE for World Earth Day, i do enjoy going out with the bloggers =)

i found myself in picture + videos of the KL FREEZE event!!!

The news of this event was spread through internet in the Facebook pages above, RandomAlphabets.com and a few more Malaysian Blogs.
*well i thought that they should have publicized it more lolx… many of my friends don’t know about this and even i knew it last minute, luckily i found out if not then i’ll be missing it and cursing myself haha
A simple message was spread calling for interested people to meet up at 2.30pm on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor in LOT10.
being a random crazy guy i am, i went there all alone because it was too late for me to notify my friends and asked them along as i knew about this event on the very last hours.

many people could be seen in LOT10 waiting for the team to pass out orange little flyers on the exact details of the FREEZE.
i would say that it was quite strange having so many people in LOT 10, i know its a weekend but normally even if its a weekend, LOT10 will NOT HAVE so MANY PEOPLE. lolx

well i contacted Michelle and met up with her and her friends and later on we bumped into smashp0p there… =)
i even met with Michael Voon.. hahahaha out of my expectation!!

and so, all of a sudden, everyone was leaving LOT10.. it was quite a “shocking” scene with so many people suddenly using the escalator going down..
and i myself went there as well with Michelle and her friends
there was this fashion show there by VINCCI
and we are suppose to have the FREEZE after the fashion show itself
so many of us, “FREEZERs” was there “acting” as real spectators of the fashion show
well, some of are really watching the show..
this is one problem with Malaysians, they didn’t synchronize their times, many of us started freezing early and end up freezing for 10 minutes instead of 4 minutes… lolx INCLUDING ME!! DARN…..

i tell you thats the longest few minutes in my life, my hands and legs were tired and numb and time is like not passing by and yes i’m stupid because i started earlier with other bunch of people… lolx
BUT IT WAS FUN!!
there were other people who got interviewed!
this is quite a memorable event for me and i shall remember it
it was fun and historical as well!!
for those who can’t make it or DON’T EVEN KNOW about the event,

KL FREEZE in Unison

okay i just read this on Merdurian.com
heard about those crazy/stupid stuffs where a whole big group of unknown people gathering together and freeze for a period in a public place??
we are gonna have it in KL!!
its gonna happen like later erm.. LATER!!!!
so late to inform peeps…
anyhow, i’ll make sure i go there!! i always want to participate in such “stupid” events!!!

The details are SAS – short and simple
Gathering Point will be at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of Lot 10 Mall on Jalan Bukit Bintang.
NOT Ground Floor.
At 2.30pm, a team will be sent to these floors to pass out little orange flyers with details of the Freeze and the Freeze Point (walking distance from Lot 10).
*The gathering point is located at 2.30 at Lot10 Mall 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th floor.
