One thing i find it funny is there’re some really random apps like MahSing Group and the ones below :
Very random but i believe that there’ll be people who’re interested in them then Lol!
Personally, i only find CineApps and Trapster useful for me as i use them pretty often to check for movie times & venues as well as Roadblocks and Live Police for trapster. I’ve downloaded the other apps but i rarely use them.
Do share with me if you have any other apps in mind that you think is relevant for Malaysians, perhaps the more useful ones.
Till then, i hope you could benefit from the apps above. =D

Pictures of iPhone 4th Generation in White leaked on tw.apple.pro in TAIWAN
May 24th

Just days ago, these pictures above was circulated over the internet and it’s actually the conceptual images of the much drama-surround iPhone 4th Generation. Pretty impressive but it’s just concept images of the phone that was created base on the so called “leaked/stolen” iPhone which created quite a buzz worldwide.
Then, i believe that in less than 48 hours ago, these images below was released/”leaked” on this website – http://tw.apple.pro/

To be specific, it was posted by this guy with the name Anthony on the site tw.apple.pro – Click here for Anthony’s post
*anyone have any idea on who is him?
Here are some images posted there which i’m reposting it here.

Apparently he’s got the spare parts as well…

So far there’s no reliable source to verify that the images above are indeed related to the iPhone 4th Generation that is most likely to be announced in June this year.
Engadget and Gizmodo have reported about this at the moment.
I think i kind of like the of iPhone 4th Generation already. That’s if both the picture with WWW.APPLE.PRO labelled in the middle is indeed showing the real deal!
*A fast check on tw.apple.pro domain leads to quite a lot of details where the site was created in 2005 by a guy name Anthony Tsai. Hmmm.

WAIT! Is this image from Hong Kong or Taiwan?
新浪微博 Sina Twitter-like Microblogging Platform – WeiBo
May 24th
Sometimes, it’s not a bad move getting people’s idea and starting off from there building something similar with extra features added on.
Twitter have been an international phenomenon in recent years with 75 Million users users in early 2010.

then, a few Twitter-like service have emerged from China/Taiwan with everything translated to Chinese/Mandarin and before they could actually make it big, the great wall of China denied them straight leaving these services out of reach for the massive internet users from China.

In August 2009, China’s web portal giant Sina.com 新浪 launched a beta version of microblogging service that is similar to Twitter – Weibo 新浪微博. As of early 2010, Sina’s CEO have revealed that there are already 5 Million registered users in total using the service.
Looking at the growth of the service with more users registering each day, Weibo is on its way to to bring Social Media to the next level in China. With China’s population growing thus increasing the numbers of internet users at a rapid rate each day, i wonder how big will Weibo become.

Famous Individuals on Weibo

Celebrities on Weibo
Just like Twitter, the massive amounts of signups by famous celebrities/individuals on Weibo did quite the magic in getting the numbers up, but as long as China is standing firm along with “THE GREAT (FIRE)WALL OF CHINA”, there’ll be limited expanding space for Weibo 新浪微博.

Twitter VS Weibo : the most followed users

Media on Weibo
Personally, i prefer following Chinese Celebrities more than the Western ones, so i do hope that Weibo 微博 will make it big in the next few years, but of course, i’ll still be active on Twitter as that’s where all my friends are.
Anyhow, 关注我吧!
Here’s a very up-to-date list of all the Web 2.0 and social-networking sites that are not accessible in China:
Facebook
Twitter
YouTube
Posterous blogs
Blogger blogs (a.k.a. Google’s Blogspot service)
WordPress free blogs

LiveJournal blogs
Opera blogs
Tumblr
LiveLeak
DailyMotion
ImageShack
Google’s Picasa Web Albums (login accessible, but borked thereafter, and photos inaccessible)
Google Image search results (very frequent reset connections)
Orkut
Bebo

iPhone 4th Gen Drama
Apr 23rd
Seriously, i wonder how many people actually go and Google and hunt for the news about this latest drama that a dude ACCIDENTALLY dropped the OMG iPhone 4G that is yet to be release where a BIG website actually got hold of it by paying loads of money to some random dude resulting in a hell lot of free advertising for a product that is not even out in the market yet.
Yah, free advertising that would cost millions and even trillions monetary wise with TV broadcasting about it, newspapers writing about it, millions of blogs posting about it and etc.
Oh and its reported WORLDWIDE.

*picture stolen from 9GAG
If there’s indeed a Marketing team behind this whole drama then hey they are really one helluva team. Wonder if they were paid as much Malaysia is paying APCO. Hmm.
