A Fabio Capello Film – Out of Africa

Everyone knows about this.
The 1-4 losing result to Germany is one of the most hummiliating exit for the England team at international stage and i believe that this will be one of the most quoted story in many more years to come.
Then again, I guess the England team have a moment of “feel good” moments when this decision was made by FIFA – Referee Jorge Larrionda dropped from World Cup 2010 following England error.
Anyways, the British media have reported about the incapability of Fabio Capello, the current manager of England to bring results to the team.
Instead, they quoted David Beckham as the right man for the job as he’s a man respected by millions all around the world and most importantly, Beckham would know what’s the core problem in the team and could possibly be the man for the job.
OKAY fine, what i’ve written above are not really related, er okay maybe it’s partially related to the title of this post, i actually LOL-ed when i saw this picture tweeted by @SidsPubs

For the past 3 days, i have been on this thread @ LowYat.net constantly reading the comic strip by this person with the nickname – tetsuhighrose.
Thanks to a random friend who shared it online with me xD.
It is an actively ongoing thread that have daily updates up till now with real life experience from the author himself talking about his life where he interned in this company.
Apart from that he draw quite a few other comic strips that features life out of the office, like the one above.
Just thought of sharing it here then, if you’re interested in such stuffs that is.
I’m entertained by his posts in the forum as it’s pretty funny with quite a number of stupid stuffs added on.

World Cup 2010 – The BIG Picture!

I’ve been loving my weekend thus far!!!
Spent the whole day at home on drama shows that i’ve been neglecting for ages and had lots of stuffs to think to myself. Definitely one of the day doing stuffs i missed doing. =D
Well it’s World Cup 2010 and i’ve been watching soccer matches EVERY SINGLE DAY Lolx, yesterday’s clash between Portugal and Brazil is really what a World Cup match should be. Good offensive rounds with solid defensive counters from both countries and the only missing thing was lucky lady that make a goal happen.
Anyways, i just bumped into a post on Boston.com titled Halfway in – 2010 World Cup. They have got awesome kick ass pictures over there. IN LARGE RESOLUTION!
Yea, i know which picture will you love most above. The one with lots of photographers right?!!

Anyways, i’ll be rooting for South Korea tonight. GO ASIANS!!!

The Wicked Chase

It was one random afternoon that i was given this specific link to DJ Jane’s Facebook page that shows she and another radio DJ having small fighting over something.
Listening to radio DJ’s voices is one thing, but watching them on a clip WITH their voice along with other details such as hand gestures and facial expression is a different thing altogether!
The best thing was there were 3 video clips on featuring both the DJs!!

Upon finishing the videos, I came up with this stupid idea to do something similar but in a more mysterious way. Not that direct and straight forward.
There wasn’t a big picture. All i know is i wanted to record something to show 2 individuals having the same goal wanting to achieve it. A short clip in somewhere 3-5 minutes time.
The next day, I grabbed my trusted LX3 attending this talk at a hotel near KLCC with some rough ideas on what to film and how to make the clip.
Started recording random stuffs all over the place before the talk start, even when i was in the car entering the hotel!! Including a few friends into the video.
It was before and after the talk that i’ve somehow got the shots i wanted which includes scenes on these venues/scenarios :
- Driving into the hotel car park
- The emcee talking in the room where the talk was held
- A friend using her laptop to do her work.
- A friend checking time on his watch
- Lift scenes including pressing the buttons as well as me and a friend staring at each other in the lift
- Another friend who was kind of surprise when the lift open
- Getting out of the lift
- Running out and rushing down the escalator
- Running in the car park
- Jumping overhead
When it comes to the step where I need to edit the videos, I have no exact idea on how to combine all these scenes together which includes several different locations. Which comes first and where to cut and how to change the scenes.
Finding the right background music for the clip was another thing that had me scratching my head.
But of course, at the end of the day, I manage to finish it and erm here it is!

Ok I think my video is really very bad but well do look out on the 3 previous videos mentioned above yah!
WHY? Because I like DJ Jane lah! *shy*

This is getting more and more amusing LOL!!!!!!!
It’s been hours since Twitter went down and went back to normal for like just a few seconds and then went down again. The whole process repeated itself resulting in repeating tweets being posted with the explanation of MAINTAINANCE job being done at this time.
The amount of tweets that amused me through out this Twitter Fail Whale Period entertained me to the max i must say.
Stupid Twitter with a whole bunch of loyal faithful users Haha. ALL NOOBS! Including me.
I love Twitter as much as how i hate it when it goes down.

关公变形金刚 China’s Optimus Prime(Transformers) – Guan Yu

You do know the story of 3 Kingdoms 三国志/三国演义 right?
The 3 kingdoms(魏, 吴, 蜀) by 3 warlords (曹操, 孙权, 刘备) in ancient China history where many legendary men existed back then and some of the individuals was even quoted as heroes who can fight against 100 at a time.
Lu Bu 吕布, Zhao Yun 赵云, Guan Yu 关羽, Zhang Fei 张飞, Zhang Liao 张辽 are some of the names involved in heroic acts.
So i was surfing the net and one of the title on this Chinese News Portal attracted my attention – 解放卡车被改造成关公版擎天柱 (Truck being modified into Guan Gong version of Optimus Prime).
Clicking on the link brought me to these pictures…
and i must say that it’s quite awesome LOL!!!! The motive of this modification is unknown but i believed that the pictures were released a few days ago and now it’s all over the internet, particularly on Chinese Forums/Blogs/Websites.
Perhaps they plan to make a movie out of it Cool Shit! Even cool if they build more transformers like robots using more names from the 3 Kingdoms 三国志/三国演义 and make a movie out of it!!
