You know, one common topic between you and your ex-coursemates/collegemates whenever you chat be it either online or face to face will be about your current job. Discussing and sharing experience as well as the most important part of all, the salary you get!!

If you don’t constantly find out about the salary of people working in the same field, you won’t know whether you are underpaid or not and that’s actually the sad part in most people’s lives. They are underpaid for their expertise and they do not know about it!

Well, i just happen to talk with one of my friend who is in the IT field as well and here’s part our conversation. Er…

My friend here, she’s having a job with a salary of around RM3.5k on average and her job scope is doing “Web Analysis” – monitoring web activities and filtering websites.

Oh by the way,  there are 13 people on her team and all of them are girls.  So guys if you want a job like this, dream on xD
