Well Done
Jan 10th
Was at 1Utama for Digi Internet Pimp My Day Challenge. Almost the whole day. Running like mad around 1 Utama having me not doing any exercises for like the past 5 months prove to be quite an insane task for me.
However it was the whole team that really rocked my day where i was pretty satisfied with our accomplishments, finishing all the challenges given and managed to do the blog post with all the picture resizing and video editing in time.
Head home with 2 new items made half my day i must say, but of course i’m too tired to have a big smile on my face. I blame it all at the Celebrity Fitness task, gah i need to exercise more.
At the end of the day, i just want to say, WELL DONE!!!

Some of you might know about this already but for those who do not know, there was this crazy deal where you can get a Blackberry Curve 8900 at RM99 but there’re limited units. So i went over to 1u on Friday night to camp there awaiting that fair that will be open on 10am the next day to get a Blackberry Curve at RM99 myself.
It was a crazy experience altogether. Experiencing one night stand as well as one morning stand the whole period of time sweating and such being stupid and all ending up failing to get what i want Lolx. Okay, i did sit down from time to time and rested here and there but it was quite crappy, on how the Digi people managed the thing in the morning.

As for me i am too lazy to create another drama like this one again, and i’m tired to type what happen from A-Z so just read the post given above and here i’ll just add on pictures to make it clearer for you.

An argument at 6pm which result in a girl got assaulted and the guy got caught and it almost turn out into an ugly scene with fights and such. There’s only shouting, scolding and cursing at the end.

There wasn’t a line anymore, people were sitting and resting chatting around making new friends HAHA
Too tired
Crowd was shouted at and asked to disperse and leave the floor due to the incident earlier which had 2 policemen reaching the area
The area of the fair with most people getting away from that floor except for some minority stubborn people who insisted on staying kissing the gates
Some of them waited just on top of the floor like 30 steps from the gates at the escalator

A sudden run by someone led to everyone running to the gates and it was not open yet. There were 2 lines one in the pic above
and here’s the other line, quite funny because people were unsure of where the gate will be open first so different people choose different gate to line up at
Digi officer announce that one of the line is correct and the other one was the wrong one, everyone went pushing into the right line.
Well to make it short,
The whole night was quite a waste actually with me camping there as people come later from time to time and all of us were basicly looking after ourselves eying on the gates and waiting for the time to rush over there and line up.
When the 2 lines were formed, i choose the wrong line LOL so well.
When the Digi officer announce the right line, he added that priority were given to those who are existing Digi user and other people could give up if they are not Digi user.
Well i have a Digi prepaid number but i am not in the first 44 in the RIGHT lane so too bad for me.
At the end of the day, there were angry people, some who shed their tears, some who were really down that they managed to get into the top 44 but cant get it cause they are a Maxis user and etc.
What do i think? Seriously, for me it was quite an experience as i’ve not camp for anything before and obviously i was too free to spare the night doing this. Compared to those who was waiting since day 1 failing to get it the first 2 days, i was not as disappointed as them of course, i was just amazed by how the Digi people handle the thing altogether.
Amazed but not surprise because i know that there will surely be ugly scenes behind each companies and these scenes will happen whenever an event is held. So how? Can’t do anything at all as we’re all just one tiny bit of the big database of customers they have.
Headed home in disappointment and of course in a very tired body, i saw this Myvi just before the toll.
I was totally speechless by then.
I guess i just have no fate with the BB Curve. Haha. Bye Bye

Digi Ultimate Birthday Bash

On the 4th of September, there’s this mini Bloggers Gathering which is related to the upcoming Ultimate Birthday Bash that is going to happen in early October.
Being the last blogger who arrived at the venue, there were already 20++ bloggers paying attention on the details of the Birthday Bash. Everyone were served with good food and great drinks.

Not an Ordinary Birthday Bash.

All these years, i’ve been celebrating my birthday with only some closer peeps around with just some simple come-out-and-gather sessions, blowing the candle and cutting the cake and if i get lucky i’ll get a present and that’s the end of the story.
Never have i celebrated my birthday as in making it massively big inviting every single earthling i know getting everyone together to sing song for me and everyone must join in playing games that involves both sexes. Booking a place and such with a space of our own, perhaps a pool party or a club and so never really went through my mind before.
All because i am not in a position to even think of making it happen with the fact being that i’m a poor dude.
The noisiest birthday i had was most probably a few years back. It was noisy because a few of my close friends planned to have it at RedBox, Karaoke that is.
However, i’m glad enough having the bunch of close people willing to get out from their comfy homes celebrating my birthday with me along the years and before this post gets sadder i must share that there’s this ultimate birthday bash coming up.

An Attempt to get Nigel on Video.

Have you read Huai Bin’s post on his love towards JunJunRiko? and i was actually pretty amazed by how he could manage to do so and getting her attention with just RM5. Argh. The music telegram idea is a pretty brilliant one. I wish i could be like Huai Bin. =(
Upon reading that there’s this dedication section where i can select a song and dedicate to whoever i want, i clicked on the link almost immediately and started thinking of who to dedicate to.
You know? because if my dedication got selected, Digi will send a bunch of crew to perform the song i’ve chosen in front of my friend. Sound pretty fun & cool and i would love to see how my friend respond if that were to happen!!
and so, unlike people like me who fail all the time making dedications and expressing my thoughts to girls, i decided to make a dedication to somebody else!!
this specific friend of mine is somewhat a pro in recording videos already, bagging all the prize he could with the video clips he made, and its like all the time he’s the one holding the camcorder and getting every other people into the clips and having a few laughs producing some really funny scenes of us all with US entertaining other people. =X
So, i was wondering what if there’s a specific video clip that focus totally on him only, how will the video turn out to be? with him entertaining US that is!!
Just look at this dedication video posted on their site to some guy and this guy started dancing after 30 seconds!! HAHAHAHA
and after viewing some other completed dedication videos by the Digi Crew, i can’t wait to see how will Nigel react!!
I quickly submitted the details for the dedication to Congrats Nigel on being the featured blogger of Jan 2009 which of course the ultimate objective is to hope that my dedication got selected with Nigel being recorded down on video! *evil laugh*
