Ugh, Pencuri Besi Longkang!

Can someone please tell me like HOW MUCH can you earn by stealing those metals/steels that was suppose to cover such drain holes below?
This picture above was taken just out of my house and i’m like freaking speechless about it. Want to angry also can’t find anyone to be angry with. The person doing such activities in the dark must be earning quite a lot huh?
Nah i won’t curse his family or ancestors or whatsoever. I just hope that one day he drops into a drain hole like that. Make it infinite days, not one day.

Nah nobody i know manage to drop into the hole so far and no one was hurt because of this act as well, not that i know of..

First of all, i would like to highlight out the problem i’m facing with Digi and Maxis lines lately. On Tuesday my Maxis line have been like out of the world into the outer space with no line for almost half day.
Then, earlier tonight, my Digi Line was even funnier… Line full bar but people can’t sms or call in and i didn’t know about it till the girlfriend call my Maxis number only i know about it.
What’s wrong with the network lately ah?
Bah
i was a bit pissed off at this because on Tuesday, my dad happened to hurt himself during noon time and my mom texted a few sms to inform me to go to Selayang hospital as soon as possible as he was admitted into the emergency ward.
Of all times, Maxis choose to act like that. It was only a few hours later that my mom called my Digi number to get to me on this.
Alright skip the shitty stuffs about telco companies in Malaysia because it’ll be endless with me quoting friend’s experience and i’ve already wasted a few minutes on writing the stuffs above.
In short, i’ve been pretty blank these 2 days. It don’t seem like 2 days to me, time is like going extremely slow these 2 days. Nothing can i think of and i couldn’t really describe that in words.
Dad was admitted to hospital on Tuesday and we decided to let him stay over the night and just yesterday, Wednesday, he insisted to be discharge.
He hurt his backbone due to a 3-4 feet jump and landing down in a bad state i guess. Bone compression happened and according to him, he felt like there was a sharp item slashing his back that he got so pain that he must be send to the hospital.
As for now, he is currently resting at home and i really appreciate all the replying tweets on Twitter with positiveness in it. These few days is pretty critical as he can’t have any major blow again and there’ll be like 2-3 weeks of time for him to fully recover from the condition and i really hope he gets well soon.
*changed my desktop wallpaper like just yesterday
Oh and one of the very few things that could make me smile these 2 days is the constant nagging from my mom to my dad. It’s funny seeing seeing my mom saying the same thing in a repeating manner with a stubborn reply from the head of the family.
Ah that’s all for now, i need to go get some stuffs done. Lagging already.
Aftermath of Car Accident. FML?

5 months ago, i had an accident. To be exact it was on the 26 of July 2009. Details here.
After that, i went to the police station a few times, had a few “discussion” with the police who is in charge of my case. Not really a discussion actually, more towards on he pointing to me how i’m wrong, where i’m wrong no matter what i explained, mentioned, said, talked, sang and etc. Ya, conclusion from the police happens to be that i am wrong and its all my fault.
My Story on Police Report:
At Approximately 3.20am on 26/07/09, i was driving my car reg. no XXXXXXX on a one way road, Jalan 19/7A and signalled right to turn into the road, Jalan Sri Hartamas 22. Before i am able to turn right, there was this car reg.no XXXXXXX which came up from behind on the same road, Jalan 19/70A ramming the right side of my car reg no. XXXXXXX. The damage to my car is as follow, right hand side of the car especially the right front door and right back door and other damage not known yet.
The other driver’s story on Police Report:
Pada 26/07/09 jam lebih kurang 0300 hrs saya memandu sebuah kereta no XXXXXXX dari damansara menuju ke segambut. Semasa saya melalui hartamas pada wakti itu sebuah kereta no XXXXXXX yang berada di hadapan saya bergerak terlalu perlahan dan saya telah memberi isyarat untuk memintas kenderaan tersebut. Dalam waktu saya mula bergerak dan masuk ke lorong bersebelahan tiba tiba kenderaan tersebut tanpa memberi sebarang isyarat terus membelok dan saya pada sebelah kanan kenderaan tersebut dan dalan masa yang sama kenderaan saya menuju ke kanan dan terlanggar pembahagi jalan dan pokok yang berada di situ. Dalam kejadian ini saya mengalami kecederaan pada bahagian kepala. Kerosakan kereta saya pada bahagian depan bumper, bonet, lampu manakala bahagian kiri kanan pintu depan belakang, m/guard dan lain lain kerosakan belum dipastikan lagi.
A Saman was issued me and of course if i choose not to pay i’ll to go to court.
….and i went to the court instead of paying like perhaps RM150 if i beg them to decrease the payment as i’m a first timer in such an accident.
It’s the second time i was in court this morning. During the first time which is like 3 months ago, i only have to state out my stand, where i can choose to admit whether i’m at fault and pay (yes another chance of paying the money and settle the case) or not to admit where they will set another date for trial. I didn’t want to admit i’m wrong because i wasn’t!
Entering the courtroom for the 2nd time, the clock ticking and i was refreshing all the details in my mind, with the pictures taken and such. When my name was called i went up front facing the judge.
There and then i got a lawyer crash course by the judge herself telling me what to do and i have to act as though i’m a lawyer questioning the witness in this case and summarize the whole thing stating out vital points that might weaken the witness’s statement.
I was like. WHOA! then… DIE!!! How on earth can i do so. Had a map on my hand with a few pictures taken which is not even labeled and i only have one copy!
It was all in this manner because i choose to defend myself and not hire a lawyer wtf so i need to be knowledgeable, talk, act, question, seek for points “like” a lawyer as well. Gah.
*i was on this arrow turning in and a car rammed into the right side of my car that time.
Soon, everything started to get funny, the police in charge of my case came out as witness. He was declaring and i was busy doing my documentations as i know nuts about all this, yes i’m as stupid as that.
Then, some dates on one of the documents provided was written/printed wrongly, the judge questioned that how can one of the most important thing in a document that is brought to court could have a date written/printed wrongly.
She then called for a short break and i went like O.O. What happen?
Short break ended and the hearing was resumed, then the next thing i know…
The police side dropped their charge against me because of the error in the date.
!!!

HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT A CAR OVERTAKING ME AT THAT LANE IS A RIGHT THING AND CHARGE ME FOR KESALAHAN MEGUBAH HALUAN WHEN AT THE FIRST PLACE A CAR IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE AT THAT LANE AT ALL BECAUSE ITS AGAINST THE LAW WHERE I WAS JUST FOLLOWING THE LAW BEING AT THE RIGHT LANE TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN!!
Furthermore, when i was “discussing” with the police, he said that the car wanted to turn right into the same road as i was turning into and kept insisting from start till end that i’m wrong giving me that annoyed look like asking me to stop arguing on the facts already and just leave!
If you did read what the other driver stated in his police report which i retyped out above, you will see this “saya telah memberi isyarat untuk memintas kenderaan tersebut“.
Orang cakap memintas kereta i you beritau i dia mau masuk kanan!
Berkhidmat Untuk Negara. Yah Man! Awesome lah.
The other driver also another one, just take the left most lane lah, why wana be so lanci overtake a car in front when there’s one big lane on the left to head straight!
I’ll leave it up to you people who reads my blog to imagine and think what really happen then. Note that the police is not a noob definitely as he have been in the force for 32 years.
I was so proud being a Malaysian for just that few seconds when i saw Malaysia being mentioned in the museum of Old Trafford stadium. Just that few seconds. Sigh.

So, all of this ended because of a date printed/written wrongly on a document. Charge on me withdrawn. Perhaps many of you would say that i’m lucky but then i don’t know. Seriously, it’s pretty funny on how it ended. A bit weird as well.

Some of you might know about this already but for those who do not know, there was this crazy deal where you can get a Blackberry Curve 8900 at RM99 but there’re limited units. So i went over to 1u on Friday night to camp there awaiting that fair that will be open on 10am the next day to get a Blackberry Curve at RM99 myself.
It was a crazy experience altogether. Experiencing one night stand as well as one morning stand the whole period of time sweating and such being stupid and all ending up failing to get what i want Lolx. Okay, i did sit down from time to time and rested here and there but it was quite crappy, on how the Digi people managed the thing in the morning.

As for me i am too lazy to create another drama like this one again, and i’m tired to type what happen from A-Z so just read the post given above and here i’ll just add on pictures to make it clearer for you.

An argument at 6pm which result in a girl got assaulted and the guy got caught and it almost turn out into an ugly scene with fights and such. There’s only shouting, scolding and cursing at the end.

There wasn’t a line anymore, people were sitting and resting chatting around making new friends HAHA

Crowd was shouted at and asked to disperse and leave the floor due to the incident earlier which had 2 policemen reaching the area

A sudden run by someone led to everyone running to the gates and it was not open yet. There were 2 lines one in the pic above
and here’s the other line, quite funny because people were unsure of where the gate will be open first so different people choose different gate to line up at
Digi officer announce that one of the line is correct and the other one was the wrong one, everyone went pushing into the right line.
Well to make it short,
The whole night was quite a waste actually with me camping there as people come later from time to time and all of us were basicly looking after ourselves eying on the gates and waiting for the time to rush over there and line up.
When the 2 lines were formed, i choose the wrong line LOL so well.
When the Digi officer announce the right line, he added that priority were given to those who are existing Digi user and other people could give up if they are not Digi user.
Well i have a Digi prepaid number but i am not in the first 44 in the RIGHT lane so too bad for me.
At the end of the day, there were angry people, some who shed their tears, some who were really down that they managed to get into the top 44 but cant get it cause they are a Maxis user and etc.
What do i think? Seriously, for me it was quite an experience as i’ve not camp for anything before and obviously i was too free to spare the night doing this. Compared to those who was waiting since day 1 failing to get it the first 2 days, i was not as disappointed as them of course, i was just amazed by how the Digi people handle the thing altogether.
Amazed but not surprise because i know that there will surely be ugly scenes behind each companies and these scenes will happen whenever an event is held. So how? Can’t do anything at all as we’re all just one tiny bit of the big database of customers they have.
Headed home in disappointment and of course in a very tired body, i saw this Myvi just before the toll.
I was totally speechless by then.
I guess i just have no fate with the BB Curve. Haha. Bye Bye

My Story behind Nuffnang Awards

Proof that girls are more 38 than guys. There were more inquiries from girls compared to guys about this blog post posted 2 days ago.
Well i might offend the girls with that statement above but heck i’ve already offended some certain sensitive people with the blog post mentioned above and i will further offend these same people with this blog post here. So yea, fry it!
The story?
I’m not gonna talk about all these in details nor i will mention the names of the individuals, anyhow this post will still be quite long so read only if you’re interested Thank You.
Since the start of this whole Nuffnang Awards when they announced it officially on all the Nuffnang sites, there were 3 groups of bloggers.
Group 1 – The minority ones who knew what is going on behind the scenes and don’t really care about this.
Group 2 – The majority ones who are unaware of what is going and is totally excited about this event.
Group 3 – The majority ones who are unaware of what is going and don’t really care about this.
Alright then, as for me, getting a fully sponsored trip down to Singapore attending an event as big as this sounds nice to me of course, but seeing the requirements to get the invites which is making 2 blog posts where i need to do quite a lot of things here and there plus knowing how the people work in sending out invites to “bloggers who are qualified” had me quitting the intention of doing the posts.
A few days later, a call from Nuffnang “offering” me passes FOR 2 to the “prestigious” event down in Singapore where passes would be allocated automatically for me once i’ve done and submitted the 2 blog posts. Then i thought it was okay since i’ll get the invites once i’ve completed the blog posts.
Did the posts and submitted them where i got a confirmation mail from them saying i’ve gotten the passes had me applying leave and arranging stuffs. Getting all ready for it then.
One fine day, approx. 1 week before the event, a mail was sent out to get the details of the guests where i was out for lunch and the mails went on like this.
I mentioned that my guest is in Singapore and notified them that transportation is not needed.
Well i didn’t really read the email on the 2nd picture displayed above properly where they were stating that no TRANSPORTATION & ACCOMMODATION will be provided for my guest which is the only mistake i made.
In fact that’s actually their mistake and not mine. Originally, both transportation and accommodation should be provided for my guest because that was what they promised me when they called me in the start.
Continue on the story, just one day before the event, they called me up again and double confirm with me that no transportation & accommodation will be provided for my guest and i was assigned to sleep with another blogger.
With me not knowing about this because i didn’t pay attention in the mail above, i was pretty furious but hang on on my temper and questioned back why is that so.
and the whole thing was furthered to this very conversation.

After that conversation, i’ve made up my mind to reject going to this event, even though i can still opt to do so with me having thicker face acting as though as nothing have happen.
Frankly speaking, for me, most of the dialogues/answers given were pretty lame/crappy and even ridiculous to an extend. Graphic designers were pull into the picture taking the blame as well. I mean, for an event like this covering a few countries with around 300++ people attending it, a name THIS BIG,
NUFFNANG, ASIA PACIFIC’S FIRST BLOG ADVERTISING COMMUNITY
should be more professional on this whole matter. Especially when i’m not like those few months old blogger who just started appeared out of no where jumping in the bandwagon creating a blog and start blogging.
I doubt even the few months old bloggers will take all the explanation above as a valid one. They’ll just swallow it all down and keep quiet.
Just like what i’ve blog on Nuffnang Awards previously, this is an event with sponsors and i fully understand that Nuffnang have to consider a lot of stuffs business-wise.
but, again and again when i inquire stuffs from the past till now, stupid excuses and ridiculous answers were shot back, SHOT back not replied!
Thanks to some fellow friends who are kind enough to advice me not to blog about this where i was questioned what will i get from this whole blog post putting it up to the internet, it will do more harm to me than good in the long run, my reply is, i have my limits, it is not this matter alone that i made a decision to blog a post so long about this.
I may sound like a sore loser here but hey I rarely blog a blog post this long with such amounts of words and i don’t expect you to sucked up to me telling me i’m oh-so-awesome-making-such-a-stand, i just hope that you’ll think again after reading this post. Of course, if you would like to bash me, feel free to do so. =)
So, to those people whom i’ve offended, especially the ones who have the power of command in their hands on top of the whole community, i seriously hope that you read what i’ve written here, every single word.
I know its pretty hard to please every one and single blogger, but when shits happens, please stop bringing out lame excuses and such, we aren’t 3 years old. With the minority bloggers who kept their mouth shut tightly about the ugly stuffs behind, some with benefits on hands where some just opt to swallow it down their throat, i hope you enjoyed reading this “drama” i’ve created.
To Nuffnang, for the millions of us bloggers out there, Nuffnang is more than a company where its not just business and business alone where profit of the company plays the main role in the whole picture. With the amount of power you guys have in hand, much more could be achieve and people are putting their faith on you guys.
There are quite a number of disappointments already so please don’t make the numbers rise anymore.

The fact that the ones who did wrongly, in fact very very wrong, do not want to admit at all bringing every possible lame excuses into the picture making me feels like i’m being treated like a 3 year old kid or rather to say a newbie blogger disgusts me to the max.
Seriously, we all know what is happening and i totally understand the situation. I’m not that stupid.
But hey, i really appreciate if you just be straight forward and admit its your fault and put a closing note to it rather than giving me all sorts of shits from north east west south.

More happening than Kennysia & KY‘s Visit to Najib’s Open House I Tell You!
Seriously, I’m having the most interesting Raya of my life!!
I’ve been having sleepless nights for the past 3 days and only sleeping in the afternoon for like 4-5 hours per day. For no reason, i got all hyped up & excited this specific Raya period. The thing is, i do not have plans at all for this period, and i am not a working slave at the moment. Not Yet.
So, why the excitement?
I LOL-ed while looking into the mirror. Perhaps its because many of my friends announced their awesome plans on twitter these few days, going to Ipoh, Melaka, Seremban, Genting, Penang, everywhere, food hunting, vacation, trip and i got excited just like that. T__T
Okay okay, that’s not the main point of this post.
Remember this BIG FML case that happened 2 months ago?
It was like the only car for me and my family and we actually survived these 2 months without a car. Till a few days ago, like finally only my dad managed to get a second hand car. Yay!
I kept my *jumping up and down* mood at minimal only to find out that the car was an AUTO. Yes i know AUTOBOTS rocks but i’ve never drive an AUTO car before. LOL.
Should not be a big problem i thought.
It was till yesterday night that i was fetching 2 friends, Chee Hwa and Yee Lu out and i was on LDP, drove passed the tunnel after 1Utama and all of a sudden, the car broke down. In the middle of the night.
Making arrangements contacting Andy leaving the car behind in the housing area in SS2 was the decision made.
I consider this case close by sending the car to the workshop like a few hours ago with a few hundred Ringgits needed.
Oh and did i mention that the 4 of us, me, Chee Hwa, Andy & Yee Lu had some live entertainment at a mamak stall nearby my house after the incident?

I don’t know whether to laugh or cry when i saw the Indian young dude pushing the Chinese old man shouting loudly at him. Too much of drama in a day.
I’m still in shock.
But hey i’m in a good mood at the moment. All because of this!
