Warning : The AXE(X) Effect!

If you’ve missed the blog post on the female nurses and police at Euphoria MOS Sunway which i’ve blogged about a week ago, go here. and yes, this post is somewhat related to it.
I actually made a last minute decision last Tuesday to go all the way to Sunway for this launch of the AXE Deodorant in Malaysia. Being one of the top selling deodorant in the world, this AXE brand men deodorant finally made its way here.
I do not know how true is it that when a guy use it, he can easily get phone numbers from the girls around. One sole thing i enjoyed during the whole night was because of the people that was there.

Well with almost everyone getting more and more busy nowadays, it’s pretty hard to arrange time to meet and catch up with most people. That’s why one of the reason of me going to such events is to bump into some of these busy people so that i could keep myself updated about their lives.
To be frank, i didn’t really pay attention on what happened down stairs but i knew that there were 5 different type of AXE Deodorant that was featured in 5 different rounds involving lots of girls that is.
and if you’re here to look for the pictures on the girls, the image above will be the last of it posted here. Of course, you could always Google the images up or search around in Facebook. A lot of people were there and i’m sure you’ll find the pictures.

The AXE Invasion, With “Nurse” and “Police”
Just came back from Euphoria MOS Sunway. Freaking tired but refuse to head to the bed straight away because i’m stubborn like that! No lah, actually it’s because i “wash” my eyes for quite a few hours just now at MOS. Now can’t really sleep… Totally didn’t expect to see so much things.

LOL. Well it was the launch of AXE Deodorant in Malaysia.

and oh Namewee 黄明志 of the infamous Negarakuku issue was there as well.

ShareZouk 6th Anniversary

It was the 6th Anniversary of Zouk Club Kuala Lumpur just last Friday, the 26th of March 2010!!
With the fantasy theme along with the Alice in The Wonderland garden just right in front of the entrance of the club, the whole night was filled with magical moments. Bumped into lots of people and it appears that a lot of familiar faces are happening!!
Natalie Fong was one of the many ones i met randomly with a big wide smile on her face when i saw her.

I enjoyed myself a lot that night prolly because i have some “free flow” thanks to Yat‘s friend. Not much partying pictures though but i guess you could find it all on some other blogs, i’ve seen a lot of them around the net.

David’s proves it all with his double peace sign over there, so happy for him he’s got 3 pretty ladies taking pictures with him haha.

ShareThe Friday That Was – Hennessy Artistry & GUINNESS St. Patrick’s Festival!

I often think that some specific people who rush in between 2 different events going from a place to the other is insanely out of their mind, there is no need to do so to make yourself so tiresome and exhausted at the end of the day and no it won’t impress people at all.
But just last Friday i was that insane person who did just what i described above.
Reached Sunway from work super early that day to get the passes for Hennessy Artistry event. Pass for me myself and some college friends who wanted to go very badly that is.
After hanging around at the press conference for a short while, i headed to 1Utama with Ren and Aaron for the St. Patrick’s Festival that is happening there.
St. Patrick’s Festival at 1Utama? It was super nice when i first see it with my own eyes. The atmosphere, the decoration and how they set up the whole place, awesomely planned!
It was beyond happening that night and i actually managed to bumped into some familiar faces in the sea of Malaysians celebrating an Irish Festival with Guinness and a wide range of western food.
Thomas, Alicia and Elaine were the few to start with.
The festival was quite magical with lots of character coming out from wonderland and such and the pictures i have couldn’t really show how awesome it was, perhaps you can google about it haha.

Nonetheless, the amount of people i bumped into went from a few to a handful of them and there were pretty little time to catch up actually as everyone was busy mingling here and there.
But hey i’m not complaining, it was nice meeting old friends and such and exchanging a few more words beyond the normal hi and bye really means a lot to me already.
Left the scene with fireworks and such with drops of rain falling already. It was around 10.30PM.
Back at Hennessy Artistry, the show have just started when the 3 of us got ourselves into the full packed place with lots of crazy people.
Sad to say, i Didn’t really pay much attention at the act as i was busy avoiding myself being a sardine, walking up and down getting glasses of Hennessy as well as hunting down my college friends who can’t be contacted with my network-less phone.
At the end of the day, Hennessy Artistry is happening but somehow i enjoyed myself more at St. Patrick’s Festival where it’s not so packed.
Looking forward to more exciting acts in the next few Hennessy Artistry in 2010!!
The night was pretty awesome after all with the company of friends who are crazy enough to party with.

“The Printworks is Europe’s first urban entertainment centre opening as part of the milennium project in 2000 and is located in the heart of Exchange Square next to the Arndale Shopping Centre and between Victoria staion and Shudehill Transport interchange”
It was actually back in December 2009 which was just last month(Year) where i won a trip to Manchester to watch Manchester United play against Aston Villa.
I actually told myself that i must go and explore the night scene in Manchester early of 2009 when i first travel there. It was the last night of my December Manchester 2009 trip, the same day Aston Villa beat Manchester United 1-0.
So after asking around, we (me and Ren) found out that before 11pm, it was free entrance where after 11pm we’ll have to pay 6£ each person as entry fees. Well, quite cheap actually!
Then when we were in, we headed to the bar and found out that the drinks are just around 2-3£. Crazily cheap if you are local there!!!
The rest of the night, could be much explained in the pictures above. And the pictures below…
Pure Club is quite big actually, bigger than the clubs in Kuala Lumpur i think. Which scene is more happening, i really have no idea, i guess it depends on who you go with and such. The music in UK were better i thought. =D Oh well, afterall, the music in the clubbing scene here were from the western side.
One thing i must say, the girls here in Kuala Lumpur are definitely “lebih panas”!! =D

On the 21st of November 2009, just after the Everyone Connects event at Bukit Bintang i went over to KL Life Centre for this Music Conference Asia appreciation night event.
It was Jessica who pulled me all the way there then thanks to her haha. Didn’t stay there through out the night though, made a few new friends and saw some regular faces with some that i don’t usually see in clubbing nights.

Oh well i didn’t really take that much picture with other people so yea, was walking aimlessly here and there in the place before the whole thing started with mixed music being played in the background. Got to mingle around and made a few conversation with people i don’t usually chat online.
That was quite about it for me i shall say. Did manage to wait till Mark Schossow came out and hit the deck spinning. Recorded a short video on it as you can view below.
Happening event? I do not know as i went off earlier to meet other people. Heard that quite a lot of the friends met there stayed up the whole night so i suppose it was not bad then. Well do head to the links mentioned above to see what they have to say about this M.C. Asia event then!
