One day, i was surfing online munching on some awesome Muzic Wafer Cubes. Astro presents MySTORY

Time definitely flies and many things are happening in a very fast pace leaving me in a state where i have to accept quite a number of facts before i could fully digest it all.

Luckily, things have been rather smooth as it seems through out my life that I’ve been around here for more than 2 decades already.

Studying for more than 10 years until now that I came out stepping into the working world, there have been ups and downs every now and then, but I can still remember how I was brought up in back then in school where we were introduced to this vision 2020.

Present. Growing up in the heart of the city Kuala Lumpur, you couldn’t really shout out loud telling the whole world that Malaysia is the most awesome country ever. There’re all sorts of local news being reported each day.

The fact that Malaysia still has quite a large space to improve in the next coming years is made clear through various voices by fellow Malaysians.

Our very own National Day is approaching and i’ve actually done a short clip, one video that shows what i’ve seen through the people of Malaysia, not all, but some, a group of Malaysians that are willing to spend their time getting together and doing the same thing.

Be it for the fun of it or to make more friends, though it may seems stupid and meaningless to some people out there, I personally saw unity amongst the younger generation of Malaysians. (NO i’m not that old!) The willingness to put aside our own priorities to put the puzzles together.

We’re all strangers at first, from different background, barely knowing each other, and it all started off from there.

The many random stuffs we did, the laughter we shared, the cohesiveness between each other where we refer each other as MALAYSIANS, not Malays, Chinese or Indians.

Malaysia is for sure a place where lots of people would love calling it as home and be proud of it. Not to mention the fusion of different kinds of food that is available here in our land!

HOPE? There’s definitely a light at the end of the road. That’s what i believe in.

I love my country Malaysia. =)

Do you remember that i’ve posted about Spain is the Most Expensive team in this year’s World Cup 2010 tournament?

The Spain team that just won 1-0 over Portugal in the 16 Teams knock out stage is just over half a billion Euro, an amount much more than the value of the Brazilian team, which is the second most expensive team in this World Cup 2010

That makes the top 2 Most expensive team of WC2010 still in the tournament at the moment.

Meanwhile, the 3rd team France, with a total value of 450 million Euros as well as England on the 4th place is already out of the game.

Both teams suffered enormous critics from the media as well as their fellow fans and countrymen for what i call a shameful World Cup Exit. It’s such a waste actually seeing these bunch of quality players gathering together but failed to delivers.

Not even a decent effort with good teamwork and determination. Not in this specific World Cup at South Africa.

The South Koreans as well as the Japanese are even better than France and England combined together. It’s true!

Wanna know why i said that? Go ask Beckham!!

Remember this post where i promoted about the XPLAY Party that is happening in Kuala Lumpur? Well the party was last Saturday and i actually went to Sunway, the party was quite awesome i must say! Were you there? It was free you know!

Our very own DJ Lapsap did a great job that night by entertaining the crowd with their music but it was when DJ Yasmin & DJ Jessica came out that got the crowd screaming hard! Both the female DJs are from Indonesia and when they both collaborate with DJ Lapsap together, i actually thought that it was good!

Was down in the midst of the crowd for quite a while but it was just too packed that we soon went back up and party from up above Haha. Crazy party by Xpax that is.

It was one random afternoon that i was given this specific link to DJ Jane’s Facebook page that shows she and another radio DJ having small fighting over something.

Listening to radio DJ’s voices is one thing, but watching them on a clip WITH their voice along with other details such as hand gestures and facial expression is a different thing altogether!

The best thing was there were 3 video clips on featuring both the DJs!!

Upon finishing the videos, I came up with this stupid idea to do something similar but in a more mysterious way. Not that direct and straight forward.

There wasn’t a big picture. All i know is i wanted to record something to show 2 individuals having the same goal wanting to achieve it. A short clip in somewhere 3-5 minutes time.

The next day, I grabbed my trusted LX3 attending this talk at a hotel near KLCC with some rough ideas on what to film and how to make the clip.

Started recording random stuffs all over the place before the talk start, even when i was in the car entering the hotel!! Including a few friends into the video.

It was before and after the talk that i’ve somehow got the shots i wanted which includes scenes on these venues/scenarios :

- Driving into the hotel car park
- The emcee talking in the room where the talk was held
- A friend using her laptop to do her work.
- A friend checking time on his watch
- Lift scenes including pressing the buttons as well as me and a friend staring at each other in the lift
- Another friend who was kind of surprise when the lift open
- Getting out of the lift
- Running out and rushing down the escalator
- Running in the car park
- Jumping overhead

When it comes to the step where I need to edit the videos, I have no exact idea on how to combine all these scenes together which includes several different locations. Which comes first and where to cut and how to change the scenes.

Finding the right background music for the clip was another thing that had me scratching my head.

But of course, at the end of the day, I manage to finish it and erm here it is!

Enjoy, and please don’t tell me that my video SUCKS, though i know it is… T__T

Ok I think my video is really very bad but well do look out on the 3 previous videos mentioned above yah!

WHY? Because I like DJ Jane lah! *shy*

In a few hours time England will be playing against Algeria. Though Italy and Portugal’s draw with a major disappointment in Spain’s lost to Switzerland, i still had the Robert Green moment pretty much sealed in my mind.

Even yesterday’s brilliant display by Maradona’s Argentina 4-1 win over South Korea isn’t enough to overshadow that stupid mistake made by Robert Green.

It’s pretty rare to see such flop but hey that did happen and we weren’t dreaming. These pictures are for you to refresh your memories, and if you’re a fan of USA team, this is totally dedicated to you. Wonderfully done.

Blame the ball name Jabulani or perhaps his lack of focus at that split second, whatever…

No matter how sorry he is, it’s that kinda mistake that would make the world remember this man. Good or bad?

Reports have shown that Green is not performing well in recent training and the 39 year old David James is most likely going to start for England later.

Well, James… IF you’ve been watching him playing, you’ll know that he’s that sorta goalkeeper that could make a world class save and commit the most stupid mistake ever the next minute. but who else can carry the weight on their shoulders? Sigh.

England oh England. The world is waiting for a great display, please don’t disappoint us again!

Spain lost to Switzerland.

The ball is indeed round. Spain attempted 17 shots while Switzerland had 3.

Match ended in 0-1. Spain. Major Disappointment. Bah!!

If monetary values of a team speaks loud for the team in terms of performance, Spain should be going all the way to the finals getting their hands on the World Cup trophy. Of course, like what people always say, the ball is round.

So let’s just see how will Spain perform later. =D

Fernando Torres who missed out on the last stage of Liverpool’s campaign in the BPL 2009/2010 season due to injury was reported to be 100% fit a few days ago, but it is expected that he will be not be starting for Spain later.
