What is Gangnam style? It actually refers to a place. Gangnam-gu is one of the 25 gu (local government districts) which make up the city of Seoul, South Korea. Said to be the area of rich and famous, that was the style that was portrayed by PSY in his latest music video.
So who is PSY? Park Jae Sang is the name and he actually debuted in 2000 where he was famous for his sense of humour as well as his ability to conquer the crowd when he perform on stage. His dance move, his own PSY-Style has been inspiring the current batch of Kpop stars.
In fact, PSY’s network is freaking huge.
