Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for graphic design on promotional poster and flyers.
To liaise with multimedia content creation for website.
To handle and troubleshoot for networking thru LAN or WAN. Monitoring CCTV functioning thru all outlets.
Work together with web developers and website/portal team members on website management.
Handle and solving problem on Company IT.
Support marketing promotion/campaigns, events and media.
Support out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Assist on report and update results for the marketing initiatives.
Assist on corporate liaising with suppliers.
Assist carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Assist handle for customer enquiry on products & complaint.
Assist coordinating and prepare quotation for the company’s catering services.
Liaise with outlet opening/launching.
Assist on O’Briens member cards database.
Create, support and maintained company website and social media, eg. Website markets, blog, twitter, e-blast etc.
Assist liase with Singapore (Principle)
Assist visiting outlet and ad-hoc duties as required.
Responsible for graphic design on promotional poster and flyers.
