Poon Choi 盆菜 is a traditional dish that originates from Hong Kong with more than 100 years of history. It is usually served during festive season or in any celebration but well, for me, this is like the first time i had this. =D
With loads of meat (obviously) which includes prawns, fish, chicken, pork, duck meat & etc this very dish must be served to at least 12 people i think. It’s so huge in portion and i’m very sure i gained a few more kg after this dinner yesterday.

It was a VERY satisfying dinner and the food were good! Quite a nice dinner gathering for this very Chinese New Year. Hehe.
