I gave you Malaysian IC what, you should have realized the guest is Malaysian!! Stupid issit!!!! I don't want to argue with you, but how can you like this?? You should have spelled out clearly!! 5. The poor Nuffnang person listened patiently to you, and tried to explain. But all that is "lame excuse". Dumbass Nuffnang. The only solution would be to force the hotel sponsor to pay for extra room for you & guest (and also to force the hotel to open up another room, if they had any remaining). Failing that, Nuffnang should have admitted that they were stupid and taken out front page apology to you. Correct? This is just miscommunication.
