The fact that the ones who did wrongly, in fact very very wrong, do not want to admit at all bringing every possible lame excuses into the picture making me feels like i’m being treated like a 3 year old kid or rather to say a newbie blogger disgusts me to the max.
Seriously, we all know what is happening and i totally understand the situation. I’m not that stupid.
But hey, i really appreciate if you just be straight forward and admit its your fault and put a closing note to it rather than giving me all sorts of shits from north east west south.
well why am i not surprise?
After all, this is not the first time…
and i’m sure it won’t be the last time!

This is just miscommunication.
1. Nuffnang asked where your guest is from. You gave Malaysian IC, but said guest is in Singapore.
2. Nuffnang replied, OK, so no transport or hotel provided.
3. They dutifully and courteously confirmed by email and even called you.
4. When they called, you said, why no hotel?? Stupid Nuffnang!! Why you screw up! I gave you Malaysian IC what, you should have realized the guest is Malaysian!! Stupid issit!!!! I don’t want to argue with you, but how can you like this?? You should have spelled out clearly!!
5. The poor Nuffnang person listened patiently to you, and tried to explain. But all that is “lame excuse”. Dumbass Nuffnang. The only solution would be to force the hotel sponsor to pay for extra room for you & guest (and also to force the hotel to open up another room, if they had any remaining). Failing that, Nuffnang should have admitted that they were stupid and taken out front page apology to you. Correct?

First of all, i quit the intention of making the posts to get the invites cuz i know the “competition” is hard.
Then, they have promised me something so they should deliver.

ive read both ur posts and cant help but say. i dont hv a need to defend nuffnag so dont get offended whatsoever. i just think that theyre not entirely wrong in this matter. its more like miscommunication as aw mentioned. assumptions were made that accomodation would not need to be provided if the person was someone who was in singapore. be it of residency whatsoever i would think. maybe you din provide us with every single thing youve provided to NN but frm what ive read, if all you said about ur plus one was dat he/she will be in singapore at the time of (and plus more days before and after) event, then it would appear as if he/she will have their own accomodation (right?). u even said they might have been there for their own plans. still, it shd mean sth like he/she has got a place to stay, true? cant possible be living on the streets. so naturally it would be assumed that the free acmodation would be needed. though alas, we all want free things. but in clarification of argument sake, that should not play a role. you cant possibly expect NN to run a background check on every invite do you? so u cant blame them for making an assumption on your guest who u DID mention that he will already be in singapore in that period of time. maybe you shouldnt have told them that, since u keep saying that NN claims to provide free acco for ppl who are not singaporeans. y give them that extra info if ur fren was indeed a malaysian? get what im trying to say? this is onyl part of what i think, others im not sure how to voice out so leaving it to that. ps im malaysian too, not trying to side anyone. i jus don think NN is to blame for what u want to claim, probably the real matter is, ure just dissapointed (likely even at yourself) that you couldnt be given the freebies. we all want that dont we…… =)

lets just say dat i came to knw that there are bloggers who told them exactly the same thing which is their guest is from spore but end up they get a room for 2 =). Furthermore it was a few incidents altogether and it took me quite a long time to decide to make this post. So yea, thanks for commenting =)
