I know this have been mentioned like more than a million times by thousands of people in the past before but i still want to shout out loud that, PINK IS THE NEW BLACK!!
I’m sorry about that but, just quoting that out of randomness before i start a very serious topic.
Starting from this day, this blog of mine will go pink till the end of October 2009. For a cause and to support an awareness campaign.
People often neglect the smallest things in life without knowing that it is leading themselves into a state where negativeness exceeds positiveness. I have to admit that though nowadays, people stress a lot about equality between men and women, the later ones were the ones having a harder life ahead of them with more problems to deal with.
All these years, women have been going through more pain than men.
I have no right to talk on behalf of the female gender as i have no idea how painful it is imagining myself being in their shoes with just 2 things among the many problems to deal with. The monthly menstrual pain and such as well as being afraid getting breast cancer living in fear each and every day.
and when people started talking about breast cancer, females will automatically get associated most of the times. Such stories in real life of women fighting breast cancer are all over the internet and though there are lots of successful fights, people are still being ignorant but living in fear at the same time.
Then when it finally happens, denial, anger and depression will come along the way which will worsen the whole condition.
I know that saying is always easier than doing it but i will still say this to those who’re currently suffering from this very disease.
put ALL the negativity ASIDE
DECLARE a war FIGHTING against breast cancer
COME OUT OF IT
MOVE ON with life
So yea, this very month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month where it is an annual awareness campaign.
Throw away the ignorant self in you and start spending a few minutes each day caring and encouraging the people around you, start giving attention on every little things in life. After all, those are the things that matters the most at the end of day.
Who knows? Perhaps, some care with a little bit of encouragement of yours would provide strength, courage & hope to someone who’s suffering from breast cancer and you might save a life?
Take good care of yourself and be positive towards life no matter what living life to the fullest!
*by the way, do you know that men could get breast cancer as well?
